Tuition and Financial Aid
Our administrative team developed and approved the financial policies of Our Lady of the Valley School. The Pastor finalizes all tuition rates, other fees, and payment schedules. Those who are registered members of Our Lady of the Valley may qualify for the “Catholic Rate.” To qualify, families must be active in the parish, attend Mass every weekend, and participate in the life of our community of faith. In order to maintain the highest standards in our school and to keep tuition affordable, each school family who is a registered parishioner of Our Lady of the Valley Church, is required to attend Mass Sunday (or Saturday evening) and make use of the weekly contribution envelope.
Our Lady of the Valley School reserves the right to cancel the registration of any student whose family fails to meet the tuition or other financial requirements. The school reserves the right to withhold student school records including report cards and progress reports when a family fails to meet the tuition or other financial requirements.
Please Note: We charge a fee of $15.00 for all returned checks, no exceptions. All future payments and subsequent payments must then be in the form of cash, certified check, or money order.
Tuitution Assistance Program
Our Lady of the Valley School recognizes the significant sacrifices many families make to educate their child/children in a values-centered environment. To assist those families who qualify, Our Lady of the Valley School is involved with programs for financial assistance.
